1.1 What can I do if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, you could try to retrieve password by following below steps:
1. Click “Forgot Password” on the Sign In page.
2. Fill in your registered email address, and click 'Submit'.
3. Verify your account first “By Email Verification” or “By Phone Verification"(only available if you have bound your mobile phone number to your account) or "By answering questions".
4. If you choose “Email Verification”, The first verification code will be sent to your registered email address automatically, please check. If you didn't receive the code within 15 minutes, please click “Click here to receive verification code” to get the verification code again.
*The verification code is only valid for 15 minutes after you clicked the button. Also, please do not repeatedly click.
5. Once received the code, enter it and submit. And you'll be directed to the password reset page. Follow the instructions to reset.
Note: The process for phone verification is the same as that of email verification.
