Refund Policy
If you would like to return the goods for a refund, please check your order status.
Note: We're not able to cancel an order that has been shipped. We recommend you do a return for a refund after delivery.
Refund application for a delivered order:
  • Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
  • After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
  • Drop off your package at the local post office.
  • Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
  • We verify that there is no problem with the product, customer service will contact you, please provide bank information. We will refund you within three days.
Refund application for unshipped orders:
  • Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
  • Please click on my order interface to apply for refund.
  • The customer service confirms to the warehouse whether the order has been shipped.
  • Agree to refund application.
  • Provide bank account number to customer service, We will refund you within three days.
